She plans each session around your unique needs & desires, so that each session is different. Reiki is gentle, natural, loving & balancing. Reiki works the life force energy that is all around us which allows you to feel held & supported. It releases fear of moving forward, empowers you to make decisions based on what your soul wants & reminds you that you are the creator of your life! Reiki is there to clear the fog so you can see your path clearly. During each session Shawna will tap into "life force" energy to help you connect to your own inner healer. To connect you back to your wisdom, knowing & purpose.
