Join Shawna every Monday as she creates a magical meditation based on an intention for that week. Yoga Nidra is best done laying down in a comfortable place. So get comfy and enjoy! Yoga Nidra, also known as the "yoga nap", is a deeply relaxing guided meditation where you experience your true state of BEING. ANYONE can practice Yoga Nidra anywhere, ALL levels benefit from it! We begin by laying down in a comfortable position (whether in bed, on a couch or on the floor) while I guide you through a systematic meditation created to connect you to a sense of wholeness. Through awareness & breath work you are able to travel to the space that’s in between awake & dream consciousness. This is where deep healing, clarity, insight & breakthroughs can occur. Like all other mindful practices, Yoga Nidra allows us to dive deeper past the surface level of thoughts, emotions & physical sensations to our true centre. From this space we are able to respond rather than react. By connecting to our centre, we are able to make decisions and follow our purpose based on our true Self. All levels are welcome to join this class! Price: $16 CAD per class Price for a 10 class pass: $150 CAD. Once you book the pass you will be able to book any of the regular classes online! Once you book the class you will receive an email with the link. This class is recorded so if you cannot make it live, you will get the recording to use for 1 week.
